immediate availability of WorkPlace Project. WorkPlace Project is a comprehensive project
accounting solution fully integrated with Paramount’s eProcurement and Time & Expense solutions.
Professional Services Billing is facilitated, with employees and contractors now able to track
costs in requisition line items, and have specific purchases charged to specific projects and
even phases or activities. Employee and contractor time can similarly be tracked and applied
at the project, phase or activity level. Budgetary oversight is enhanced, with the ability
to set up a budget at any level of a project, track and compare requisitions to that budget and
receive warning if over budget, and route for approval if the budget is exceeded.
