Workplace Role-Based Security/Approval allows your
organization to easily group like users (such as development department requesters) within the WorkPlace application, and then
relate the role(s) which apply to a WorkPlace user in security setup.
Optionally, user setup, approval lists and approval routing can be based on roles
rather than by individual WorkPlace users within your organization.

- We have a large user environment and need to simplify the configuration and set up of WorkPlace Security, Approval Lists and Routing Rules
- We have defined organizational functions and we want everyone within each function to have the same privileges
- We want to minimize errors in defining privileges to users
- We need a quick and easy way to apply privileges to new users
- We want the ability to be able to apply a role to a specific user and then customize it to that user by adding or subtracting specific privileges
