Salim Khalife |

Mr. Khalife is responsible for the strategic direction of Paramount
and operational decision making. Mr. Khalife has over seventeen
years of hands-on and strategic management experience in the
technology and software development industry.
|

|
Prior to founding Paramount, Mr. Khalife was Director of Quality
Assurance for Platinum Software Corporation's Michigan office. Mr.
Khalife is credited with establishing and building the Quality
Assurance Department at Platinum Software Corporation. While
managing a one-hundred person office, he was also instrumental in
developing marketing requirements and detail design specifications
for software applications being developed.

Mr. Khalife also brings experience from Unisys Corporation where he
was responsible for the hands-on development of imaging products. He
also managed twenty-five quality assurance engineers.

Mr. Khalife holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
from Lawrence Technological University and Master of Science in
Computer Science from the University of Detroit.

Chris Baird |

Chief Technology Officer |

|
Chris Baird is Chief Technology Officer of Paramount Technologies
and leads Paramount's Technology Group encompassing Software
Development, Quality Assurance and Product Management. Mr. Baird
joined Paramount in 1999 and has more than 18 years of experience in
software development, product architecture, and management.

Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Baird was instrumental in developing
and designing a wide variety of enterprise software solutions such
as Time and Attendance, Labor Tracking, Payroll, CRM, Lead
Management, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounts
Receivable.

|
Mr. Baird holds both an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering
as well as Bachelor's degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology
from ITT Technical Institute.

Foy Mainor |

|
Foy Mainor joined Paramount Technologies in February 2002 as a
Channel Sales Manager and in January 2008 assumed the role of
Director of Sales. Mr. Mainor oversees Paramount’s worldwide sales
operations, including development and management of the channel
organization to resell and promote Paramount’s solutions. He brings
more than 16 years of experience in building and managing channel
organizations focused on ERP and Retail solutions.

with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Multinational Business.

David Munro |

David Munro joined Paramount
Technologies in 2010 as the Director of Product Management.
In his role, Mr. Munro is responsible for identifying and deploying new
features and functionality for new and existing customers of Paramount
Technologies. |

Mr. Munro brings experience ranging
from business solution consulting for small/mid-sized companies to leading
Corporate IT teams in Publicly traded environments where he has provided
strategic solutions to many different industries and business processes.

Mr. Munro holds a Bachelor’s degree
from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.

Brinton E. Baker |

Vice President of Marketing and Business Development |

|
Brinton E. Baker joined Paramount Technologies as Vice President, Marketing and
Business Development in July 2008 and oversees marketing and business
development worldwide. Mr. Baker brings more than 25 years of global enterprise
marketing experience to lead Paramount's marketing and business development
teams. Mr. Baker is an industry software product expert and serves as a Board
Member for Sage Software’s Product Advisory Council for their MAS 500 product
line.

Mr. Baker joins Paramount after co-founding and leading a boutique technology
consulting firm. Prior to that, he held senior marketing and product management
positions at Oracle, Apple, NEC, Motorola and CompuServe.

Mr. Baker earned his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude with a double major from
Tufts University and his Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard
Business School.
