Paramount Technologies is the leading global provider of web-based Employee Workforce Automation solutions for midmarket and enterprise organizations.  Founded in 1995, we are a private company headquartered in Walled Lake, MI with offices in Atlanta, GA and Jacksonville, FL.
       
Our Focus
Our focus is Employee Workforce Automation: our solutions automate procurement, project accounting, time and expense transactions to make internal workflow processes more efficient, improve employee productivity, reduce time and errors and save money.
 
Target Markets
Our market focus is the midmarket (100-999 employees) and the lower-enterprise market (1,000-4,999 employees).  Current installations range from five to 4,000 users.  Focusing on delivering core horizontal capabilities and industry-specific features enables us to produce solutions that cost-effectively deliver enterprise-class capabilities.
 
Industries
Our solutions address Employee Workflow Automation requirements in all verticals.  We invest in developing distinctive market, software development, and support expertise in virtually every workflow-intensive industry.  Our solutions have achieved particularly strong traction in industries requiring tight budgetary control of spending such as the public sector, healthcare, utilities and not-for-profit organizations.

eProcurement
WorkPlace eProcurement is itself a modular suite; it accelerates traditionally inefficient and largely paper-based processes by tracking valuable information, reducing direct and indirect purchasing costs, increasing control over business transactions and streamlining the employee management and procurement processes.

Our applications are built from the ground up for interoperability across heterogeneous environments using open standards.  All offer out-of-the-box support for communications protocols such as cXML (commerce XML) that reduce the time and complexity of integration.

Platform Support
Our applications are fully functional, complete and self-contained solutions.  They integrate with any ERP system via integrated enterprise application integration (EAI) connectors.  Platforms specifically supported include Microsoft Dynamics® GP and AX, Sage MAS ERP and Accpac ERP, Epicor® and SAP® Business One.
 
Microsoft Dynamics
Paramount Technologies has attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program with a competency in ISV/Software Solutions.   As a Gold Certified Partner, Paramount Technologies has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and a proven ability to meet customers' needs.   The Microsoft ISV/Software Solutions Competency recognizes the skill and focus partners bring to a particular solution set.  Microsoft Gold Certified Partners that have obtained this competency have a successful record of developing and marketing packed software based on Microsoft technologies. WorkPlace was tested with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 which is scheduled for general availability in May 2010.  WorkPlace is the only procurement, project, time and expense solution Certified for Microsoft Dynamics GP and the first solution to be Certified for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010.   Solutions that are Certified for Microsoft Dynamics have demonstrated development quality and compatibility with the Microsoft Dynamics product on which it runs by passing rigorous VeriTest software solution testing for Microsoft Dynamics.   For customers, Certified for Microsoft Dynamics helps identify Microsoft Dynamics solutions that have been tested for compatibility, meet high quality standards, and are successfully used by existing customers. Indirect Sales
We sell exclusively through over 50 domestic and international authorized reseller channel partners.  Paramount does not sell direct and thus does not compete with its channel partners.  We have an impeccable reputation in the reseller community as an organization with a first-class product and second-to-none support team.
Our solutions enable our channel partners to meet the needs of more clients, increase revenue per sale and deliver a more complete solution.  We work with our partners to help qualify prospects, present our solutions and close sales.
 
Services
Post-sale implementation services are available from us or from our authorized resellers certified on our products.  We also provide professional services (software development and design), educational services (product training) and technical services (product support).
