EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

 
Salim Khalife
Founder, President and CEO

Mr. Khalife is responsible for the strategic direction of Paramount and operational decision making.  Mr. Khalife has over seventeen years of hands-on and strategic management experience in the technology and software development industry.
 
Prior to founding Paramount, Mr. Khalife was Director of Quality Assurance for Platinum Software Corporation's Michigan office.  Mr. Khalife is credited with establishing and building the Quality Assurance Department at Platinum Software Corporation.  While managing a one-hundred person office, he was also instrumental in developing marketing requirements and detail design specifications for software applications being developed.
 
Mr. Khalife also brings experience from Unisys Corporation where he was responsible for the hands-on development of imaging products.  He also managed twenty-five quality assurance engineers.
 
Mr. Khalife holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Detroit.

Chris Baird
Chief Technology Officer

Chris Baird is Chief Technology Officer of Paramount Technologies and leads Paramount's Technology Group encompassing Software Development, Quality Assurance and Product Management.  Mr. Baird joined Paramount in 1999 and has more than 18 years of experience in software development, product architecture, and management.
 
Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Baird was instrumental in developing and designing a wide variety of enterprise software solutions such as Time and Attendance, Labor Tracking, Payroll, CRM, Lead Management, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable.
 
Mr. Baird holds both an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering as well as Bachelor's degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology from ITT Technical Institute.

Foy Mainor
Director of Sales

Foy Mainor joined Paramount Technologies in February 2002 as a Channel Sales Manager and in January 2008 assumed the role of Director of Sales.  Mr. Mainor oversees Paramount’s worldwide sales operations, including development and management of the channel organization to resell and promote Paramount’s solutions.  He brings more than 16 years of experience in building and managing channel organizations focused on ERP and Retail solutions.
 
Mr. Mainor is a cum laude graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Multinational Business.

David Munro
Director of Business Development

David Munro joined Paramount Technologies in 2010 and is responsible for identifying and growing new markets.  In his role, Mr. Munro leverages the strengths of the Paramount Technologies product lines while working with customers, resellers and partners to develop new sales channel opportunities.   
 
Mr. Munro brings experience ranging from business solution consulting for small/mid-sized companies to leading Corporate IT teams in Publicly traded environments where he has provided strategic solutions to many different industries and business processes.  Mr. Munro strives to always provide a global vision based on both his internal and external roles.
 
Mr. Munro holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.
