Overview

The WorkPlace Interface to KwikTag integrates WorkPlace to the KwikTag document imaging software from ImageTag, Inc. to extend the inherent capabilities of the KwikTag software to WorkPlace, enabling users to easily attach files to requisitions, receipts and invoices, and view these attachments from both WorkPlace and Dynamics GP.

Feature Description

With the WorkPlace Interface to KwikTag, WorkPlace users can attach, view or remove (if authorized) files at the line level or header level during requisition entry, approval, review, receiving and invoice matching. With a single click users can view files related to an item of interest. The WorkPlace Interface to KwikTag will display any files attached to the WorkPlace Requisition, Dynamics GP PO header level, WorkPlace/Dynamics GP Receipt header level and WorkPlace/Dynamics GP Invoice Matching.

The WorkPlace Interface to KwikTag displays relevant information about currently attached files, including the source, the comment, the tag number, the number of pages, when the document was scanned into KwikTag (if scanned), and when it was attached to WorkPlace using KwikTag.

The WorkPlace Interface to KwikTag supports all KwikTag file types: any file type that can be scanned in and stored by KwikTag can be attached to a WorkPlace Requisition, including Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and PDF documents.
